NETRA Cheese Grader Enduro 10/18/2015

My son Brian and his girlfriend Kate attended this event in Granville Ma. This Race was sponsored by the Berkshire Trail Riders. Brian and Kate made the short trip to Granville Sunday morning and sign up on minute #6. Brian was excited to get going as he said the morning temps were in the high 20's. Prior to this race he was in great shape leading the A-Light class winning every Enduro entered for his class to date and sitting in 4th Overall in the endure series. His goal is to cinch both the NETRA A Class HS Championship and the Enduro A- light Championship. When the final check and scoring completed Brian received the A-Highpoint and 5th overall for the day. He mentioned he had a great time but was held back slightly by learning the time keeping ropes. I stressed how he could be the fastest rider there and still lose but not paying attention to the clocks. He loves the Enduro series and gets pumped to ride new trails all day. Brian is sitting in great shape going into the last race of the year and will obtain his Pro plate in the Enduro series as well.
