A little salve to the sting of seeing Cody on an orange bike in Max Gerston's signature KLIM gear ...

The new season of the Maxxis FIM SuperEnduro World Championship looks really exciting... Besides the arrival of an impressive US armada who’s coming to challenge Taddy BLAZUSIAK (PL - KTM) on his land in Gdansk this Saturday there is exiting news for the TV audience. If you don’t have the opportunity to be at the shores of the Baltic this weekend, you can simply log on RedBull.TV to watch live the SuperEnduro stars! ABC Communication and RedBull Media House have indeed signed an agreement to broadcast the entire SEWC season. "This is a real opportunity for the sport to have the support of Red Bull Media House. It will bring considerable notoriety to SuperEnduro and that will greatly increase visibility and professionalism. With RedBull, we worked for months on this project and I am very pleased to have reached this agreement!" Confide Alain Blanchard, the ABC Communication manager. Rnd 1 is in the Ergo Arena in Gdansk in five days, Live on RedBull.TV this Saturday, December 6th from 18.45 to 20.15! (EST 10:45 am to 12:15).

Races are archived and available to view on redbull.tv

Webb looked good in the first heat (or three), taking advantage of a Johnny Walker/Taddy crash on the start to lead down the stretch. Disaster struck with about 1/3 of a lap to go though when his KTM spun approaching a tricky double, causing the 300s front wheel to drop into the second log and Cody to eat poop. His cartwheeling bike managed to pin him to the ground with a handlebar over his chest, but having lapped a number of riders Webb was able to get up and finish an incredible third. That kind of thing can put a damper on just about anyone though, and he looked unsettled and much less spectacular the rest of the night.
