I think I had a year or so on maxxis...with erratic amounts of riding time.. sometimes lots sometimes not. I think it's a good tire. I'm just trying a bunch of different tires just to see how they go. I'd go back to the maxxis for sure. It's toward the top and it isn't expensive like some others. I really haven't ridden it in the sand so I'm not sure how they work there. I have the IBEX on now and just rode it a couple of times and it's good so far.. I have to continue trying it at different pressures and situations.. mud and dry etc. I still have a flock of tires in my attic to try.. shinko, sedona, MT16, mountain hybrid etc for the back.. I was dumb and just bought more tires than was necessary but then I found some deals online on some. I'm sticking to motoz for the front tires. I like a few different models there and tend to get the bigger ninety 100 bigger fronts.
