OK so the P3 Pipe guard that was supposed to arrive this evening did. Same great quality as I am used to.

I pushed it on the pipe to show the tight fit in the Pics. I have not clamped it on the pipe yet, tomorrow. There are some minor gaps between the guard and pipe from the pipes seams but nothing crazy, normal. Funny thing you'll notice in the last photo that is stamped on the inside of the guard.

Don't hesitate on pulling the trigger for this guard it is quality and will out last the E-line guard 3 fold.

Perfect Roscoe... I'll get mine on the way tomorrow. I've heard some put beads of high temp silicone down for vibration. Anyway, that P3 looks really sharp. Thx

I don't believe I've noticed vib noise on previous ones but that's still a good idea - when mine gets here I will try that - thanks.

That you Jay? If so I installed your skid plate. Looks good. Needed to elongate the back hole, but fit nice.

I bought the guard directly from P3. Site price was $149.

P3 guard installed on my 300. I used the hook method to attach it even though the guard is concaved to run the clamps through it. Probably a non issue but for piece of mind I think there is probably less chance for a stick to get under the guard and hook it and damage it. Here are a couple pics.

Got the P3 Friday and installed that evening for yesterday's ride. The guard is awesome. Fit perfect. Mounted the normal way. It got tested several times yesterday (log crashes). Hard to imagine a better gripe guard for our 300rr.

Great maiden voyage yesterday at our CMRA riding area. Bike is way better than me and often made look better than I am. Never could have done some of the 2nd gear lugging with my old bike. Suspension needs adjustment and break in. Sorry I don't have much experience from different bikes but easiest to ride in tight, gnarly I've ever owned. Lots of room for me to grow into its capability. Oh... The starter!!! Never be without one that works like this again!!! Perfect.
