I had Scorpion guards and skid plate on my Gas Gas 300EC and they are very strong.

Unabiker stuff fits very well IMO. Scorpion (Emperor) are by far the strongest off the shelf rad braces available, N/A for Beta though. I use the GG brace add on grill with a thicker side plate thats also an adapter on Steve's braces. This fits perfect and can be done with any brace without frontal protection if you need it.

Any chance U could post a pic Glen? I'd like to see what it takes to mount it to a Beta guard.

OK this shows the bottom of the side plate with the grill mounted. The other pic is the upper inner mount slot of the grill on the Beta radiator. Basically you make up another side plate like what you have on your current braces but add tabs or lengths for the grill mounts. I made mine pretty thick for added strength. What else would work for grills is a set of old GG Flatland guards, with the brackets cut off.

Just got in a couple of sets of radiator guards from Bullet Proof Designs, machined from solid billet, very nice! I saw a set on Max Gerstons bike at the TKO and was impressed.
Made in USA.

JMO, but those are very $$ and are basically big stiff grills. Side protection past the front of the rad is lacking. I know many like them but if you drop on a rock with an edge to it you need the full side protection as stiff as you can get.
