What do we know about the beta service notification for the 2020's that has to do with the ECU/harness? My shop ordered the parts that turned out to be just a short wire but when I asked about installing it they said that there was even a newer notice that may require a complete harness. My shop had a hard time finding any newer info. What have you heard?

I just had the recall done. It's a complete harness that goes from under the tank to behind the head light in front. The harness has a additional ground wire that attaches to the coil ground and I think it's slightly longer to help with flexing when the bars are turned right. All though the new harness still has to flex quite a bit when the bars are turned right. I'm going to try to find a way to route the harness better.

Is there a similar recall on the 2019's?

I rerouted my harness below the radiator inlet on the right. Helped a lot.

Routing the harness to the left side of the frame works great also.
