i've only ever done two events, DNFed one of them and came last in almost every race of the endurocross so can't say i know much... but i did get some very useful tips for guys who've coached a range of riders over the decades.

this could be handy for anyone doing their first ever hare scramble or enduro...

Inconsistent mostly incoherent crapping on about life with barely a dash of motorbike stuff. This videographer clearly needs to wake up to himself, get real, straighten up, and fly right when it comes to making bike videos. :)

Another practice day at our trials club with the Beta RR300 pretending to be a trials bike. Tom Wager is one of our top junior trials riders and shows some cool tricks on his Sherco 300.

I'm unclear about my sub-dialectic personal responsibility and therefore must refrain from viewing the video until such time as consult with legal council can be concluded.

Ok, after 2 hours (@ $225) of consult with my attorney, Mr. Harvey Shitstein, Esq. of Shitstein, Shitstein and Clitoruvich, PC., I've been cleared to view the video. After 30 seconds of consult with my 12 year old English grammar student son, I've been advised not to believe anything professed by somebody so clearly confused by ordinary language skills. I shall now view the video.......

excellent, that's going to be a quotable quote for sure, clearvu1. :D

the vid below shows our awesome new 7km enduro loop, it avoids our very technical terrain but is steep and tight enough to be a good workout! good chance to put some of the race pace and energy conservation strategies into practice. lars is an experienced racer and came along, amazing to see how much more momentum and speed he carries than us.

interesting ride last weekend... after failing on multiple tough climbs but watching two faster riders nail them, i figured i need to work on hitting the long bad hills more aggressively which is hard given i've been working on slow technical riding the past two years...

Re: Cross training - weighting and deweighting dirt bikes

as you know weighting and deweighting happens in at least half of the cross training techniques covered, but a few guys say they still don't understand the concept. so this vid tries to make it really obvious... it's just putting weight on, then off, your footpegs.

this is largely a rehash of the concept covered in a pile of other vids but never hurts to have a refresher - god knows i need it regularly. :D
