GUMBY RIDER SEEKS VIDEOGRAPHER POSITION: https://youtu.be/bvKPmHdpZu4

for anyone who reads the disclaimers, you'll know my part time job of 12 years finished due to funding cuts in the welfare sector. heaps of guys have been suggesting i go full time with the vids and this was the final push.

i want to keep the vids completely free, and keep them ad-free too. so i'm going to see if there are enough guys willing to make small contributions via patreon to get into the vids full time. if you are interested i've set up some info on the website here:

the past year i've been amazed at how the top riders in extreme terrain don't even look as if they are crashing when they drop the bike. i've been watching them closely in vids and in reality... i think i've worked out the basics of how they do it.

HOW TO BE A DIRT BIKE DICKHEAD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quBTVgtzbaU

a bit of heavy-handed sarcasm but hopefully might make a small dent in the poor behaviour of a few dirt riders messing up for the majority. :)

often like that hey mark? one of the guys on another forum said he spoke to the young kids doing wheelies up and down the street on their dirt bikes and said 'i'll take you out on the tracks where you can really develop some skills".

their response? "that stuff's way too hard". sigh.

how hard should we push ourselves when trying to learn new enduro skills, or simply ride faster? one of the guys passed me some handy tips from a new book on sports performance, and i crap on about it in this vid as we slip and slide our way around some clay and muddy tracks in true gumby fashion...
