not a cross training video but a review of the 6D helmet i've been using for a while now.
i work in the brain injury area, plus a good mate got a serious brain injury on one of our rides a year ago, so i've been looking into helmet safety a lot the past year. as far as current research can indicate, i reckon the 6D would have to be the best protection for your head but you do pay for it... around US$750. my stacks are getting harder as we tackle more extreme stuff, and i've already dazed myself a bit twice lately and was very glad i had the 6D on as it's one of the few helmets that protects you well against low to medium impacts.

https://youtu.be/NmqfwDNIV3Qi also use the suomy mr jump when i know the riding will be much slower and more technical. it's a lighter helmet so can't protect the head as well as the 6D but has the dual density liner and european standard which i believe makes it a good choice in the mid-priced bracket.
